1. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents our projector products and solutions to B2B distributors, OEM partners, and enterprise customers, and provides a channel for inquiries. The Site is not intended for direct sales to end consumers.

2. Nature of Inquiries

• Specifications, pricing, lead times, and certifications shown on the Site are preliminary reference information and do not constitute a formal quote or binding offer
• All commercial commitments are governed by the final signed sales contract (PI / Contract)
• Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create an order or legal obligation; either party may freely decide whether to proceed before a contract is signed

3. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, images, video, UI design, product photography, logos, the "Cheerlux / 奇趣" trademark) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable international treaties
• You may not copy, redistribute, adapt, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission
• Limited fair-use quotation for evaluation purposes is permitted with attribution to cheerlux.com
• Third-party marks such as Android, Google, and Netflix belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe product compatibility

4. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Access the Site via automated tools, scrapers, or brute-force methods
• Submit false information, spam, or malicious payloads
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any of the Site's frontend or backend code
• Infringe on our or any third party's lawful rights

5. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, complete, and up to date, but offer no express or implied warranty. Product images may differ slightly in colour or detail from the physical product; the physical product and contract annexes are authoritative.
